When you request an estimate, consultation or service, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property ZIP or address, project details, photos you choose to provide, appointment information, communication preferences and information about how you found our website, such as advertising campaign and referral data.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate and coordinate projects, schedule appointments, prepare estimates, communicate about project status, provide customer support, maintain records, measure marketing performance and improve our services.
Contractors and service providers
Project information may be provided to appropriately licensed contractors, subcontractors, trade professionals or other providers when needed to evaluate, price, contract, permit, perform or coordinate the project. Final contractor identity and licensing disclosures will be provided as required by law and the final business structure.
Mobile information

Analytics, attribution and form recovery
Our website may record page visits, form-start events, referring page, landing page, advertising campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers so we can understand which marketing sources generate legitimate inquiries and projects. If you begin an estimate or consultation request and enter contact information but do not submit it, we may temporarily store the information you entered so the form can be recovered and so we can send a limited reminder related to that unfinished request. We do not use an unfinished-form interaction as consent for promotional text messages.
The website may also use browser storage to remember attribution information and an unfinished form on the same device. We may later use Google Analytics or similar measurement tools to understand website performance and advertising conversions.
Data retention and security
We intend to retain information only as reasonably necessary for customer service, project administration, accounting, compliance, dispute resolution and legitimate business purposes.
